The fine print
Terms
Last updated: 20 July 2026 · EadBeats · South Africa / Namibia
eadbeats is a small independent creative studio run by one artist. These terms explain how we work together when you book a service — beats, mix & master, photography or consulting. Booking a session means you're cool with what's below.
1. What we do
We create custom beats, mix and master songs, shoot artist photos and give strategy consulting. Everything is delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped.
2. How a booking works
You reserve a service on the site. We then jump on a short discovery call to lock scope, references and deadline. Once scope is agreed we send a Paystack payment link. Work starts after payment is confirmed.
3. Ownership & license
For custom beats: once fully paid, you get a non-exclusive commercial license to release the song on all platforms. Exclusive rights can be arranged on request. For mix/master and photography: you own the final release; we keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
4. Revisions
Each service includes the revision rounds listed on its page. Extra rounds or scope changes are quoted separately.
5. Payment
Payments run through Paystack in ZAR. By paying, you confirm the card / method is yours.
6. Refunds
See the Refund Policy. Short version: full refund before we start, partial refund after we've begun, none once final files are delivered.
7. Fair use
Don't use anything we make for illegal, hateful or plagiarised work. We reserve the right to walk away from a project that crosses that line.
8. No guarantees on outcomes
We put real work into every project but we can't promise streams, playlist placements or business results. Consulting is advice, not a guarantee.
