Refund Policy

Straight up: we want you happy with the work. Here's how refunds go on a service booking.

Full refund

• You cancel before the discovery call.
• We can't fit your deadline and haven't started yet.

Partial refund

• You cancel after the discovery call but before we deliver a first draft — you get back what you paid minus the time already spent.

No refund

• Final files (beat, mix, master, photos) have been delivered.
• You changed your mind on creative direction after approving the brief — we'll use one of your included revisions instead.

How to ask

Email support@eadbeats.online with your booking reference. We reply within 2 business days and refunds land back on the Paystack method within 5–10 business days.
